The 80% Reflective Aluminet™ Shade Cloth is constructed from highly reflective aluminized fabric, reflecting unwanted heat, radiation, and light, and does not absorb any heat itself. The open knit construction allows excellent air flow while acting like a mirror. It provides 55% light reflection (80% shade factor) resulting in a cooler climate by up to 14 degrees F.*  Material is lightweight and mildew resistant.  Take care handling as fabric can easily snag on sharp objects.
